The Vault has opened

Impulse isn't the only new bar to open recently. The Vault opened on Hale Street without much fanfare. The place is a little hard to find since there is no signage. This bar is reported to be smoke-free and caters to a professional crowd. The Gazz reports the place has great ambiance. Not to mention a dirty martini.
