Thank you City of Charleston

I want to thank the City of Charleston for locking my car in the Summers Street garage. Because of my need for an afternoon nap I will be without a car until Monday morning.

This wouldn’t be a big deal, but I need Skoal.

You can take the boy out of small town West Virginia, but you can’t take the small town West Virginia out of the boy.
