'A Better West Virginia Challenge' 2009

Jason Keeling has posted a new challenge for West Virginia Day this year. Keeling who has the A Better West Virginia blog, hosted a challenge last year were WV bloggers changed WV stereotypes. This year Keeling challenges WV bloggers and Twitter users to identify challenges and obstacles facing West Virginia and offering solutions.
