10-digit dialing practice
The West Virgnia Public Service Commission wants you to start practicing 10-digit dialing so you will be ready when it becomes mandatory in February of next year: Practice Makes Perfect Dialing

I really don't see why it would be important to practice dialing "304" at the beginning of all phone numbers - when Feb 28 rolls around and you forget to add "304", I am sure you will hear the wretched high-pitched tone and the female electrovoice tell you what you did wrong. Only a couple times hearing that ear-piercing sound will help you learn really fast!
and another thought: will you be changing the blog name to "304 and 681 blogs"?
We don't have any plans to change the name anytime soon. ;)
