Great phone, Poor documentation

I got a new phone. This one fits in my pocket and has a color screen. It would be nice if Virgin Mobile gave you the correct instructions for activating the thing. I spend an hour using their instuctions, the finally figured it out on my own.

If they need a technical writer, I'm available for a small fee.
