The Charleston Daily Mail reports, "The Tarragon Room, Charleston's only four-diamond restaurant, will close Jan. 27 because of a shrinking customer base and the growing number of other area eateries."
I've never been there; but then again, I'm not sure I've ever been to a four-diamond, whatever that means, restaurant.
